you know, when we were kids in the 80s (shut up, we know we’re old), we used to see stuff on tv with people in other countries who looked like they were desperately trying to imitate some weird idea american fashion and sort of getting it but somehow still failing miserably.

this is the modern version of that. thanks, german kids, for showing us that this stuff still happens.
